This is a license agreement between Peak Pulse LLC (doing business as "UI Lib", hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us") and you or the entity you represent ("you" or "your") for the Bazaar Pro software and associated documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

"Bazaar Pro server solution" means the eCommerce software solution developed by the Company, including both "Bazaar Pro Single Vendor Server" and "Bazaar Pro Multi Vendor Server" versions.

"Software" means the Bazaar Pro server solution, including all source code, documentation, and associated materials.

"End Product" means the final website or application created using the Software.

"Client" means the entity for whom the End Product is created.

2. License Grants

2.1 Bazaar Pro Single Vendor Server License

The Company grants you the right to:

Use the Software for one single-vendor eCommerce website
Access and modify the source code
Deploy on one domain
Transfer the license to one client
Receive 6 months of support and updates

2.2 Bazaar Pro Multi Vendor Server License

The Company grants you the right to:

Use the Software for one multi-vendor marketplace
Access and modify the source code
Deploy on one domain
Enable multiple vendors to sell products
Transfer the license to one client
Receive 6 months of support and updates

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Use one license for multiple domains or projects
Resell or redistribute the source code
Create derivative products for resale
Use the Software in a website builder or similar tool
Remove the copyright notices from the source code
Transfer the license to more than one client

4. Ownership and Copyright

The Software is owned by Peak Pulse LLC and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Software is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to the Software will remain the exclusive property of Peak Pulse LLC.

5. Support and Updates

The Company provides:

Technical support for 6 months from the purchase date
Bug fixes and security updates during the support period
Support via email and ticket system
Option to purchase additional support separately

6. Warranty and Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. Payment and Refunds

The Company's payment and refund policies include:

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the Software doesn't work as advertised
Refunds are not available after 30 days or if you've deployed the Software in production

10. Updates to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these license terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
